Inspired by the tension and dynamics of the circus act, this pendant is a triangle fixed in space. Uninterrupted lines suspend glowing circles from the ceiling creating soft light and graphic appeal.APPARATUS is a New York based interdisciplinary design studio that explores the relationship of lighting, furniture and objects in their environments. Predicated on the modernist principle of gesamtkunstwerk or total work of art, fully articulated collections reveal each piece as an artefact from a singular vision -each imprint referencing the historical and cultural mood summoned by a holistic emotional landscape. The APPARATUS galleries, based in New York, Los Angeles, and Milan communicate respectively the studio’s singular design ethos while also providing a distinctive, immersive experience informed by its location. The studio was founded in 2012 by Gabriel Hendifar and Jeremy Anderson.

Additional information: in order to achieve this particular custom Tarnished Silver finish, we prep the fixture’s raw brass base in our production facility and then work with a local partner to first nickel plate, then fully plate the fixture in actual silver. The fixture is then sealed with a tinted lacquer for a protected and permanent finish with a warmer, layered tone. +35%  for tarnished silver finish applies. For porcelain and two-tones versions +10% applies
