Its design language cleverly blends the boundaries between art object and high-quality furniture, creating a playful and intentional tone. Erickson Æsthetics is a Brooklyn based furniture design and prototype studio, founded by Ben Erickson in 2003. Ben works collaboratively with designers and artisans cross industry to produce one-of-a-kind commissioned pieces with a design language that embraces a playful recognition of the line between art object and fine furniture with a tongue-in-cheek intentionality.The EÆ collection is a line of sculptural furniture focusing on material experimentation with evolving forms and finishes.
