The Lathe Series Æ// draws inspiration from the traditional turned legs found beneath wooden tables, deconstructing them to create stools, side tables, and pedestals in Mass' workshop. Its name alludes to the woodworking machine tool, the lathe, which rotates wood to produce symmetrical objects through cutting, sanding, and turning. This exquisite object was created in partnership with Casimir Ateliers, one of the most renowned cabinetmakers for luxury solid wood furnishings.
