The Loop Chair was developed with the NGO People of the Sun. The woven chair is made from palm leaves and is manufactured using the local Malawian basket weaving technique. The artefacts are handmade, giving the chair its own identity. The irregularities become individual signatures of the artisans behind the piece. hettler.tüllmann is a German and Miami based architecture and design studio that draws its creations from artisans around the world.
