Water is an essential element for life and an ongoing problem to address. In many cultures, it has been treated as divine; a resource to be respected and protected, potentially becoming so again in our future. La Muerte Tiene Permiso, a Mexican design studio, has taken this to heart in their creation of the Tli. Tli is Nahuatl for "tiny water droplet", and the ceramic carafe, placed on a spherical volcanic stone base, is a visual reminder of this. Its design brings together the stability of stone & the fluidity of water.
