Water has always been an essential part of the development of life and is still nowadays an increasing problem to resolve. Whilst we like to think of water as an easily accessible resource to get from the tap, water was for ancient cultures a “deity”, and could become so for our future generations.Sad reality on which the Mexican design studio La Muerte Tiene Permiso has reflected as a result with this singular object. Tli means tiny water droplet in Nahuatl - native language of the aztec people, this ceramic is a carafe placed on a spheric volcanic stone base reminding the shape of a water droplet. Its design combines the solidity of stone with the fluidity of a drop of water.
