Pashtun diaspora refers to ethnic Pashtuns who live outside their traditional homeland of Pashtunistan, which is south of the Amu River in Afghanistan and west of the Indus River in Pakistan. Popular local dish and various meals were served in these wooden bowls. These bowls don’t belong to a family but rather is being passed along between neighbors within the Pashtun community to whom may need it when hosting a guest.
